Meet Our Founder

Reverend Pamela M. Moore is a native of Beech Island, South Carolina. she is the oldest of four children, born to Deacon James and Rev. Mary Jane Ingram. At an early age, she joined Mt. Zion Baptist Church, serving faithfully as a member of the J. R. Riley Choir.

Reverend Moore is a graduate of Silver Bluff High School in Aiken, South Carolina. She holds an Associate of Arts degree from University of South Carolina, Aiken; Associate in Applied Science Instructor of Technology and Military Science form the Community College of the Air Force; Bachelor of Science in Workforce Education and Training Development (Magna cum laude) from Southern Illinois University; and Masters of Arts in Education Curriculum and Instruction from University of Phoenix. 

On September 7, 2008, Reverend Moore was licensed in the Ministry at New Land New Seed Ministries, Augusta, GA, under the leadership of Pastor Alonzo H. Pressley. while a part of the ministry she held various positions to include preacher, choir member, usher, newsletter editor, and church administrator. In 2012, after much prayer, Minister Moore and her family returned to Mt. Zion, where she was ordained in December 2014 under Pastor Paul H. Bush currently serving as a daughter of the house, as preacher, teacher of adult bible study, and other classes as needed, and President of the Women's Ministry.

Reverend Moore retired from the military in January 2010, as a Senior Master Sergeant in the United States Air Force Active/Reserves serving a total of 22 years. During her career, she served in numerous positions to include Clinic Information Manager, Patient Medical Evaluation Manager, Airman Leadership School Instructor, Unit Training Manager, and Superintendent of Health Services Management. Throughout her career, Reverend Moore has appeared as the guest speaker at many retirements, graduations, and special programs while servicing in the military and local community. She retired from Fort Gordon in 2019 as a civilian for the Department of the Army, serving as the Director of the Quality Assurance Office.

Reverend Moore is married to Deacon Alonza Moore, Jr. Combined they have five children; Alonza III, Alonda, Jessica, Kendall, and Nia.
