Niquita Corley

Administrative Chief Officer

Niqi is a seasoned professional with a remarkable 18 years of diverse experience across various domains. She also possesses a strong foundation in customer service, global strategies, logistics, US Customs Brokerage, research and development, training and compliance, administrative duties, and entrepreneurship. Niqi has honed an exceptional skill set that sets her apart in any industry.

Lynette Wright

Chief Financial Officer

Lynettte is the daughter of the late Ernest L. Thacker, Sr. and the late Lillie B. Thacker Jordan. She was raised along with her siblings Ernest L. Thacker Jr. and Willieanne Thacker by a strong single mother and her grandmother the late Thomasina Moore who taught them the value of family, education, honesty, hard work and independence. Lynette was educated in the Richmond County School system. She is 1977 honor graduate of the Pride of Augusta, Lucy C. Laney (LCL) High School and currently serve as treasurer of the LCL Class of 77 alumni. She also graduated Cum Laude from Paine College with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Information Systems Management. She is also a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Central Michigan University with a Master of Science Degree in Information Resource Management. Lynette is married to her soul mate Johnny L. Wright Sr. They have six adult children: Orlando Jovan Mays, Ricquetta Steadman Prescott, Ricky Steadman, Jacqueline A. Wright, Dr. Johnny Lee Wright, Jr. and Jalésa C. Wright a Doctor of Physical Student at PCOM Georgia; and six grandchildren. Lynette knew early in life that there was a calling on her life that was bigger than herself. As a child, she was introduced to Christ at Williams Memorial CME church. Her first real encounter with Jesus was on the campus of Paine College as she studied religious studies. Little did she know then was that those teachings would be the very thing to give her strength in a time in her life when she needed it the most. She later joined the Thankful Missionary Baptist Church in Blythe, Georgia where she truly started to understand the direction that God has purposed for her life. She is a retired Department of the Army civilian with 37 years od dedicated service. Lynette retired as the Chief of the Program Management Division in the Capabilities Development & Integration Directorate (CDID). She was charged with the management of CDID Human Resources, Information technology Resources, and Supply and Logistics. She received numerous awards and accolades to include the prestigious Bronze Order of Mercury Award which recognizes individuals who have demonstrated the highest standards of integrity, moral character, professional competence, and selflessness, and who have significantly contributed to the promotion of the Signal Corps and Signal Regiment. She is also the recipient of The Superior Civilian Service Award which is the second highest award of the Department of the Army Honorary Awards for Department of the Army Employees. Lynette also received thirty-seven Exceptional Performance Awards, number of On the Spot Cash Awards, Special Acts and Service Awards, and several Quality Step Increases which were rare at the Cyber Center of Excellence (CCoE). While at the CCoE at Fort Gordon, Georgia, Lynette was known for her incredible work ethic, strength as a leader and commitment to the duties for which she oversaw. She was often requested to advise Senior Leaders of the Command Group on the state of CDID affairs, Readiness and Human Resource initiatives. She was entrusted to manage a budget of over $500 million dollars in Civilian pay, operating costs and contracts. She always displayed a strong sense of professionalism and dedication to her work and her team. She stood out from the rest, displaying Christian character, strength, honor, integrity and leadership. Lynette was a role model for her peers, and even after retiring from those duties, she is still contacted for advice and professional opinions, still serving as a role model today. At the CCoE she was lovingly known as “Mama” or “The Lady with the White Hat” because she was protective of her team and offered solutions to problems, Co-workers, subordinates and other leaders witnessed her protective spirit; and realize that her love for Christ’s people is real. They also have seen firsthand that she can be trusted to do what’s right even in the midst of adversity. She often speaks boldly on their behalf giving their concerns and fears a voice. With Lynette it is never about the power that comes with being a leader, but it is always about the people that God entrusted her to lead. This was not just a job for Lynette, but an assignment. She is eternally grateful to God for giving her this opportunity to serve Him in this way. Lynette truly has a heart of gold. She is a visionary, an anointed teacher and leader. At Thankful, Lynette serves as the Church Administrator, Sunday School and Women’s Bible Study teacher, and was even blessed to share through teaching during several Women’s Retreats and Kingdom Marriage Small Group Study. Lynette has a heart for women. She believes that God has called her to use her personal testimonies to reach and help other women to see that there is a God who truly loves them and have a desire for them to reach higher heights in Him, through faith and trusting in the One who created us. While at Fort Gordon, she was honored to be able to organize and lead the Signal Center of Excellence Women’s forum where women were given an opportunity to discuss issues that are unique to us freely. Women that bonded together in unity and were empowered to walk professionally and proudly. Due to the success of the Women’s Forums, Lynette was also charged with leading the first Signal Center of Excellence Civilian Wellness Day. This one-day event was centered around wellness as a lifestyle and ended with two-mile walk/run on Barton Field. Since retirement from the federal government Lynette continues to be involved in her church and community activities. She visits the residents at Pruitt Health, volunteers at the Soup Kitchen, served meals to the residents at the Ronald McDonald House, donated shoes to charities, worked back to school supply drive which was open to the community and volunteered for a Community Fall Festival hosted by her church. Lynette is excited to move on to the next chapter and is looking forward to the new assignment God has in store for her. One of her favorite scriptures is Proverbs 3:5-6: Trust in the LORD with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him and he will direct your path. And she intends to do just that!

Amber McCray

Executive Board Member

Healthy Hair Solutions Corporation’s Founder is a passionate Master Cosmetologist, Certified Hair Loss Specialist, and Hair Loss Practitioner with years of experience in Healthy Hair Care, Cranial Prosthesis, and Hair Restoration services. Her Cosmetology journey began during her high school years while being dually enrolled with Savannah Technical College, where she received her cosmetology license. She later relocated to Augusta, GA where she has expanded her career in the cosmetology field. While gaining her Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and Health Science at Augusta State University (now Augusta University), she ventured into the nutritional side of the hair and scalp. After graduation she received her Hair Loss Specialist Certification through Changing Images Studio located in Houston, Texas along with her Hair Loss Practitioner Certification through Interactive Trichology 101 Course located in Augusta, GA with Bureana Johnson. Today, Amber McCray is able to expound on her services and provide healthier hair and scalp solutions and alternatives for individuals diagnosed with alopecia, lupus, cancer, psoriasis, flaky/itchy scalp, and other similar ailments. Additionally, Amber has cracked the code to accepting insurance for hair loss services. Top companies such as Tricare, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Veteran Affairs Hospital are just a few of the many companies that she has helped stylists receive claim payments from. Now she offers a Seamless Academy and virtual "Insurance Coverage Reimbursement Training" to simplify the insurance filing process for hair loss services and non-surgical hair replacement theory and application.

Carolyn Byrd

Advisor

After being a Registered Nurse for over 37 years, Carolyn retired in 2020. She found her career to be both gratifying and very rewarding. In 2009, she was diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer, but that was not the end. Today, she considers herself to be a breast cancer “THRIVER”. She was able to transform her health and prognosis with the power of whole food nutrition and other healthy lifestyle changes. It was through her experience she became inspired to become a strong advocate and resource for others. Even in retirement, Carolyn is a dedicated Certified Wellness Coach, a Holistic Cancer Coach, and a Certified Breast Care Nurse. In 2014, she completed the Dr. Sears LEAN coaching program and launched her own business, Live Long and Lean, a health, wellness and nutrition ministry. Most recently, Carolyn launched her personal blog called “Carolyn Conquered Cancer” to help women navigate through the maze of breast cancer care and treatment. Carolyn’s most recent mission is the monthly breast cancer awareness walk. The monthly walk is called “Reduce your Risk” because breast cancer awareness is more than just a month.

James Ingram, Jr. 

Executive Board Member

Upon retiring from the Army, James returned to his hometown, where his sole desire was to give back to the community where he grew up. He now serves as Safety Monitor/ Aiken County Public School District where he takes great pride in patrolling corridors, restrooms, and school grounds observing situations to ensure a safe and secure environment, coordinating with administration and school resource officer to develop procedures to increase the safety and security of the school, and monitoring school entrances as needed. James is very active in his church serving as head of security and Deacon (in training). James and his lovely wife Monokia, share five beautiful daughters, and four adorable grandchildren.
